UK Shipping Information
Orders must be placed by 3pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch on a courier service. All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday, or a Bank Holiday, will be processed on the next working day.
Free Shipping
A Minimum of £40 (of non-sale items) is required for free shipping, please see the tables below for further information on shipping rates. Sale items do not count towards free shipping. Free Shipping will be on a 48 hour tracked Service with Royal Mail. Next day service is available as an upgrade to courier.
Bamboo paddles and Hard Paddle Boards are excluded from free shipping, please contact us directly for a price of shipping.
Keyrings are charged at £2.95 for delivery, these are not tracked and are delivered via Royal Mail.

West End Outdoors offers two different rates for postage depending on the size / weight of the cart.
Carts Lower than 2kg in weight and fit within a Royal Mail Small Parcel (45cm x 35cm x 16cm)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service is £3.95 for all of the UK. Royal Mail Small Parcels are dispatched the next day.

To reclaim VAT you must email us within 24 hours of the order purchase.
Click & Collect
We are open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm. Please call before setting out on your journey to make sure that we are in. Orders placed for Click and Collect will be ready within 30 minutes of placing the order online.
Free parking is available outside our store.
