Designed for Electric Bikes & Modern Bicycle Frames

The Thule EasyFold 3 E-Bike Carrier is designed to accommodate a wide range of bicycle types, from lightweight road bikes to heavier electric mountain bikes.

Its versatile frame attachment system uses adjustable bike arms with pivoting padded heads and steel-reinforced straps, allowing a secure fit around compatible frames measuring 20–90mm.

With a maximum individual bicycle weight of 30kg and a combined load capacity of 60kg, the carrier is particularly well suited to transporting electric bikes.

The adaptable design also makes the Thule EasyFold 3 a practical option for families carrying different styles and sizes of bicycles.

Expandable from 3 to 4 Bikes

One of the standout features of the Thule EasyFold 3 3-Bike Carrier is its expandable carrying capacity.

With the optional Thule EasyFold 3 Foldable Bike Add-On, the carrier can accommodate a fourth bicycle, making it an excellent option for growing families and group cycling adventures.

The additional adapter is designed to be straightforward to attach and folds away for convenient storage when not in use.

Please note: The optional fourth-bike adapter is sold separately. Adding a fourth bike does not increase the carrier's total 60kg load limit.

Easy Loading with Click-In/Click-Out Bike Arms

The Thule EasyFold 3 features an innovative bike attachment system designed to make loading and unloading straightforward.

The click-in/click-out bike arms offer convenient one-handed operation, while pivoting padded heads help protect bicycle frames.

Steel-reinforced straps provide secure attachment, and adjustable wheel holders with pump buckles help keep your bikes in position during travel.

For owners of heavier electric bikes, the optional Thule Foldable Loading Ramp can make loading even easier by allowing bikes to be rolled onto the carrier.

Fully Foldable for Convenient Storage

The Thule EasyFold 3 is designed to be practical even when you're not using it.

Its fully foldable construction reduces its size for easier storage in a garage, shed or suitable vehicle boot.

Integrated transport wheels and an ergonomic carrying handle make moving the 22kg carrier easier between storage and your vehicle.

The self-stabilising towbar coupling also helps simplify installation and positioning before the carrier is secured.

Easy Boot Access with Foot-Pedal Tilt

Need access to your luggage while your bikes are loaded?

The Thule EasyFold 3 features a convenient foot-operated tilting mechanism that allows the rack to tilt away from your vehicle.

This makes accessing your boot more convenient without having to remove your bicycles.

It's particularly useful during cycling holidays, long journeys and family adventures where regular access to luggage and equipment is important.

Ideal for Scottish Cycling Adventures

From mountain biking at Glentress to exploring the trails around Loch Lomond and the Scottish Highlands, the Thule EasyFold 3 Bike Rack is designed for cyclists who want to take their bikes further.

Its flexible frame compatibility, high load capacity and expandable bike positions make it an attractive choice for families and electric bike owners throughout Scotland.

Vehicle Compatibility & Important Information

The Thule EasyFold 3 requires a compatible vehicle towbar and features a 13-pin electrical connection for its integrated rear lighting.

Before purchasing, check your vehicle's maximum permitted towbar nose weight, bicycle dimensions and suitability for the carrier.

The rack itself weighs 22kg, which must be included when calculating the total weight placed on your vehicle's towbar.

Although the carrier accommodates three bicycles, the combined bicycle weight must not exceed 60kg, and no individual bike may exceed 30kg.

Adding a fourth bike using the optional adapter does not increase the total load capacity.
