We’ve blended urid, chana, mung, toor, and red lentils for their protein-rich profile and earthy depth, then finished it with aromatic spices, garlic, and a hint of lemon. Served with fluffy basmati rice, this dehydrated meal is a fibre-packed and easy-to-digest option for those long days on the trail.
