Adventure Foods Main Meals are dehydrated for ease of use and ease of carriage. They're extremely simple to prepare: open the pouch, add hot water, stir, leave. Eat!

With a dry weight of only 134 g (bag weight not included), you get a good portion size of 400 g when rehydrated. This is an important source of energy, 600 Kcal, and it´s perfect when you need to carry food on hiking or when practising any outdoor activities.
